Many in the Latino community are treated unfairly by the United States’ credit system due to shared last names and a lack of educational resources in Spanish. We created the brand for a no-cost credit repair law firm to fix this.
Logo Design, Branding, Web Design, Web Development, Social Media
Credit repair is a valuable tool for Latinos that are victims of identity theft or common errors by the three main credit reporting companies. To offer a credit repair service in Spanish, a friendly brand and relevant messaging was needed.
Process
1. Focus Group
To understand more about credit attitudes in our specific niche, we interviewed a group of 10 Latinos (1st and 2nd generation) in the Chicago area. They provided valuable insights that framed our messaging pillars.
2. Campaign Guide
We compiled a comprehensive campaign guide that outlined findings from our focus group and market study. Buyer personas, competition and recommended ad spends were defined.
3. Brand Creation
We created two potential brands, CreditESP and Credefensa. Both feature culturally relevant imagery, colors and a sleek visual style.
Behind The Scenes
Color pallets that added excitement and highlighting Latino culture were central to our approach.
Friendly and approachable display ads prospected our audience and addressed specific cultural concerns in regards to credit and debt.
Deliverables
Branding
The final results were two brands each with their own visual style.
